The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for assisting the Director of Sales and Marketing in online content management, seeking online marketing opportunities and managing the company’s online offers.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and boost sales.
• Manage and optimize OTA platforms to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Create and execute engaging content across digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and the official website.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.

• Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, in the luxury hotel industry.
• Strong knowledge of online marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and creative skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
