Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Resort Manager at Grün Resorts in Bali, Indonesia. The Resort Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the property, budgeting, and hiring.
Qualifications
• Experience in customer service and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
• Strong skills in property management and maintaining the overall condition of the resort
• Experience in hiring and managing a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in the hospitality industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in resort management is a plus
