Real Estate Personal & Administrative Assistant- Bali based

Bali Real Estate Consultants, a leading real estate firm, is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Real Estate Administrative Personal Assistant(s) to join our team in Kerobokan + Uluwatu. This exciting opportunity is open to Indonesian Bali-based nationals only who possess exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist our real estate sales agents in performing efficiently by managing clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and providing exceptional customer service to meet the needs of clients.
• Manage the full documentation process for listing properties, including administrative tasks, paperwork, and legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Proactively seek and identify potential properties to list, conducting market research and collaborating with property owners to secure new listings.
• Utilize excellent content writing skills to create compelling property listings and marketing materials that effectively highlight our listings.
• Must possess excellent English skills, both verbally and in writing, to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Manage administrative tasks efficiently and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between clients, sales agents, and other team members to enhance the overall client experience.

• Extensive organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
• Must own a vehicle + Drivers License ( Motorcycle preferred) for travel to property locations and client meetings.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in content writing and marketing is highly desirable.
• Based in Uluwatu + Kerobokan/ Canggu or nearby areas.

• Indonesian nationals only – Bali based
• Previous experience in Real Estate administration or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
