Job Description:

PT. Uluwatu Home Developer is currently seeking an adept Social Media Manager to join our team located in Uluwatu, Bali. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and strategies, with the ability to effectively promote our brand and engage our audience across various channels.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram.
• Manage all social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community management.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities, and respond promptly to comments and messages.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and optimize strategies.
• Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our social media strategy.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all social media channels.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• A solid understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and advertising capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
• Experience with social media advertising, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
• Tech savvy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
