Responsibilities
• Ensure to support and monitor production operation.
• Conduct training for operators on the skill require
• Ensure that all data collection is recorded based on production quality and productivity requirement
• Ensure that proper housekeeping is being performed on the line
• Perform first piece sample based on product requirement for operators’ sample to follow.
• Ensure that all operators have the necessary small tools, jig, fixtures, and others on hand to carry out the necessary task
• Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
• It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
• Min. Senior High School
• Have experience min. 2 year
• To be able to lead the day to day activities of the production line
• To be able to coordinate all materials requirement for production
