Senior Sales Executive – Bekasi

Job Summary
• Responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximising sales opportunities within them.

Principal Accountabilities
• Responsible in the key account plan development, including identification of opportunity and developing budgeting and strategy, in order to deliver benefits to both company and the customer.
• Responsible for the sales achievement through the account channel, in line with company’s goal and effective use of promotional budgets in assigned key accounts.
• Negotiating trading terms & promotion in order to establish business partnership and to grow the business.
• Managing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the accounts, and preparing accurate forecasts (volume and value) for assigned accounts.
• Developing and maintaining solid and trustworthy relationships to major key accounts, together with generating new business, including resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
• Managing communication between key customers and internal teams.
• Communicate approved retail activities, promotional plans, merchandising and new item authorizations with the Retail Team to ensure well executed.
• Receive and follow up to Sales Order from accounts until payment process
• Working closely with Marketing to develop effective brand promotion programs, monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotions with regard to sales impact.
• Support the Sales & Operation Manager in defining route to market strategy, and provide insights around the channel account.
• Working closely with cross functional department in order to achieve company objective, i.e: coordinating with Marketing to provide promotion collaterals, liaising with Finance & Accounting for AR Collection, coordinating with Logistics/Warehouse about stock and delivery lead time.
• Develop in-store visibility plans, follow-up to achieve timely and effective implementation and maintaining merchandising.
• Provide reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly recommendations in order to meet company’s objective.
• Manage Retail Team and develop capability through setting and reviewing Retail Team performance target, and regular coaching.
• Any other work as reasonably requested by the Company and Management
• COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Min. 3 years of relevant working experience in sales, key account management, or relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
• Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
• Ability to build strong relationships with key people or organizations.
• In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
• Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
• Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
• Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account

• Good organizational, time and project management skills
• Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
• Ability to effectively handle high-volume workload, concurrent projects and deadlines with minimal supervision
• Accuracy and attention to detail
