A leading Sound and Lighting Equipment Rental & Integration Studio in Bali is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to help grow its business and continue providing top-notch services and solutions for events, hotels, shopping malls and residential real estate in Bali and beyond.

Responsibilities
• Client Identification and Acquisition: Searching for new clients, developing acquisition strategies, and expanding the client base.
• Active Sales: Conducting cold calls, sending commercial proposals, and organising meetings.
• Market Analysis: Evaluating market trends and the competitive environment to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiations and Needs Assessment: Conducting negotiations with clients, identifying their needs, and proposing solutions.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintaining and developing long-term relationships, ensuring high levels of service, and assessing client satisfaction.
• Coordination with Internal Departments: Collaborating with other company departments to fulfil client commitments.
• Reporting and Analysis: Maintaining sales records, analysing sales effectiveness, and developing improvement proposals.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in sound and lighting equipment rental services, events management, or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently.
• Knowledge of local market conditions and customer needs.
• High school diploma; further education in Business Administration or Marketing, Hospitality or Events Management is a plus.
• Candidate must be fluent in English
