Our team is growing, and we are currently seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview
As a Revenue Manager at Bali Management Villas, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our rate strategy across all managed villas. Your goal will be to optimize rates based on seasonality, implement last-minute discounts, and achieve revenue targets for each property. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a profound understanding of the hospitality industry’s revenue management practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive rate strategy for 250+ villas, considering seasonality, market demand, and competitive pricing.
• Monitor performance against revenue targets, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve goals.
• Work closely with channel managers and OTA (Online Travel Agencies) platforms to ensure maximum visibility and revenue generation.
• Work closely with the e-commerce and reservation team ensure seamless communication between all departments
• Apply dynamic pricing models and last-minute discounts to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to anticipate market shifts and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular revenue performance reports to senior management, highlighting trends, opportunities, and risks.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of extensive experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful rate strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
• Experience working with channel managers and OTA platforms is essential.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in revenue management software and tools.
• Experience with a channel manager.
