Recruitment Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Recruitment Consultant role, located in Batam with some opportunities for remote work. As a Recruitment Consultant, your day-to-day activities will include identifying potential candidates, managing job listings and sorting through resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations to clients. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and prioritize workloads effectively.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is preferred
