Qualification :
• Diploma/Bachelor from any major
• Experienced in manufacture industry (Quality) Minimum 1 year
• Intermediate in Japanese (min. JLPT N3)
• Proficient in English (both oral & written)
• Understand and accustomed to using measuring tools.
• Proficient using MS Office
• Willing to work shift and overtime
• Can read technical drawings
Job Description :
• Conducting the creation, checking, and management of quality guidance in the related work processes in measuring (new model parts, localization, analysis, 4M parts, measurement tools, BSTB, SST, etc.).
• Conducting trials and providing trial test reports for regular mass production parts.
• Carry out continuous improvement through analysis, development, improvement, innovation and inspection of processes and work results
• Implementing the applicable procedures (quality system procedure) to maintain the quality of processes and products.
• Conducting verification processes and providing quality recommendations for new machines or existing changes.
• Analyzing and providing recommendations for received claims and ensuring continuous improvement.
• Compiling and delivering weekly, monthly, and annual reports to relevant superiors regarding the work
