THE POSITION

Location: Ubud, Bali

We are recruiting a highly motivated Program Admin to work with Kopernik’s Community Initiatives team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Undertake administrative tasks, including recording petty cash, processing fund advance and payment requests, obtaining permits, and handling other program logistics.
• Support the program team in implementing program activities.
• Assist the program team in updating the database of program participants.
• Assist the program team in monitoring the experimentation process.
• Assist the program team in establishing and maintaining relationships with program participants, community organizations, local governments, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with data collection and other impact measurement activities.
• Support the preparation and development of projects, proposals, and reports as needed.
• Support the desk/secondary research and contribute to the development of research summaries and reports.
• Actively promote a strong culture of knowledge-sharing, cooperation, and teamwork.
• Support strong internal communications within the Kopernik team.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Indonesian, and a good understanding of English.

REQUIREMENTS
• Qualification in Business Development, Economics, Community Development, or a degree in a relevant discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of project management, administration, budgeting, and resource allocation procedures.
• Experience in community development programs.
• Experience in conducting or contributing to M&E activities, data analysis, and report writing.
• A strong interest in staying up-to-date with the latest conversations, trends, and practices in community development.
• A commitment to Kopernik’s culture and values in reaching underserved communities.
• Indonesian national.

Expected remuneration for this position is IDR 3,000,000 to a maximum of IDR 4,500,000 (depending on the experience and qualification of the successful candidate) and other benefits
