Job descriptions :
• Oversee all production activities at our processing partners’ facilities.
• Establish and manage an independent oversight team to monitor production outside our partners’ factories.
• Ensure consistent productivity, yield, and capacity in all production processes.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in finished product output.
• Monitor and analyze daily production yields to ensure targets are met.
• Implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce losses.
• Coordinate with partners to align production goals and expectations.
• Maintain accurate production data and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Job requirements :
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in Tilapia Fish industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with partners and internal teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address production issues effectively.
• Leadership: Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with production management software and tools.
• Language: Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred
