Procurement Staff

Qualification
• Proven work experience in the similar role in (FnB industry will be a plus)
• Minimum SMK/SMA/equivalent
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
• Understanding of supply chain procedures
• Proficient computers skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
• Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy and systems
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as a team

Responsibility
• Creating price comparison
• Deliver the user’s requests and needs
• Map user requests to appropriate procurement strategies, ensuring alignment with company policies and budgetary constraints.
• Keeping track of the realization or cost, making POs, and submissions to the finance team
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
• Monitor and analyzing every incoming Purchase Requests from various departments
• Compiling daily reports alongside with the recap of purchase orders, work orders, and invoices
• Process purchase orders and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery
