Position: Office Boy (OB)
Responsibilities:
• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and distributing memos.
• Delivering documents to other departments.
• Ensuring the office is clean and organized.
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
• Running errands for the office, such as purchasing office supplies.
• Helping to arrange meetings and events.
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Basic computer skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
