Key Responsibility
• Conducting research to develop new and improved manufacturing processes.
• Developing methods to enhance processes.
• Designing and planning equipment layouts.
• Conducting tests and monitoring process performance throughout production.
• Troubleshooting issues associated with manufacturing processes.
• Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Estimating production costs.
Requirement
• Have a Bachelor’s Degree with Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in implementing Value Stream Mapping, Cycle Time, Motion Time study, 5S, and lean concepts.
• Experienced as Welding Engineer
• Possess at least a Six Sigma Green Belt; Black Belts are welcome.
• Understanding and experience in TPS and OEE implementation.
• Adhering to company rules and regulations, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
