Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.
• Lead and motivate a team of bakers, providing coaching and development opportunities.
• Manage daily operations, inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Schedule staff and delegate tasks effectively.
• Contribute to revenue growth strategies and maintain excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in bakery management or supervision.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for high-quality baking and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Prior experience with Hokkaido milk bread a plus.
