MANAGEMENT BUILDING

Job Requirement:

– Min 3 years in Facility management or operational building

– Strong in facility maintenance

– Experienced in handle well known venue or hall

– Strong communication and persuasion skills for pre-sales

– Willing to work from office (WFO)

Job Description:
• Ensure regular inspections and maintenance of facilities to ensure safety -and effectivity of facilities
• Monitor interior and exterior areas of building for cleanliness and general conservation
• Coordinate with engineering and environmental health and safety team regarding building needs and maintenance
• Support maintenance and installment work as needed
• Maintain and monitor building utilities and facilities, including factory and office building
• Prepare regular reports on building and facility condition
• Conduct pre-sales to prospective tenants and forward it to the events & promotion team
