Test Support Engineer
PT. Syntronic Indonesia is now looking for a Test Support Engineer. Our global aftermarket services are expanding. The APAC region is one of our biggest markets. Among our clients and partners are some of the world’s most technulogy-intensive companies and organizations in telecommunication, industrial, automotive, defense, and medical.
TheRule:
Due to our expansion, we require a high-achieving Test Support Engineer to be in charge of our Engineering Department and to secure the uptime on all test and repair systems used by the company.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in majoring of Electronic / Electric Engineering
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a telecommunications or manufacturing company is an advantage.
• Good understanding of hardware functional test theory and international standards
• Good knowledge of RF measurement and instruments’ operation.
• Familiar with Multimeters
• Good at risk/issue analysis.
• Good English in Listening, Oral, Reading, and Writing.
• Willing to work shifts (Rotation)
• Maximum 24 Years Old
The Candidate:
In this rule as a Test Support Engineer, you will be expected to act professionally and be responsible for the fullowing:
Responsible:
• Calibration Tester, verification, and Maintenance
• Analyze and perform troubleshooting if needed
• Provide preventive maintenance on the test and repair system as advised in the test/repair system manuals
• Analyze product upgrading/changing information to determine the impact on production when it comes to testing and repairing equipment
• Introduce and perform training of internal staff when it comes to test and repair methods
• Monitor and improve test and repair system performance and initiate root cause when needed
• Escalate complex and critical test and repair issues to external test system support organizations to get advice and assistance when the problems cannot be resulved using in-house resources
