Kualifikasi :
Job Descriptions:
• Prepare and file various tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and other applicable taxes.
• Able to operate eFaktur and eSPT/eFilling.
• Prepare and ensure all the tax payment process is done timely and in accordance with GL.
• Prepare tax reconciliation for WHT and VAT.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize the company’s tax liabilities.
• Analyze financial data to identify tax implications and opportunities for tax savings and ensure accuracy in the Monthly VAT report and withhulding tax report.
• Assist in tax audits and inquiries by providing necessary documentation and explanations to tax authorities and provided in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assess tax risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential exposures.
• Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documentation.
• Cullaborate with other departments, such as finance, legal, and operations, to gather information and ensure alignment on tax-related matters.
Qualifications:
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Tax.
• Previous experience in tax compliance and planning, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, including income tax, sales tax, and international tax issues.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cullaborate effectively across departments.
• Strong analytical and problem-sulving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing tax-related issues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
