Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Mission
Regulate, control and ensure that all transfer and stacking flows from and to the production process run well and monitor all activities in the Yard running according to the program and predetermined targets and scheduling maintenance for all Heavy Equipment to continue to operate optimally.
Main Responsibilities
• Support the achievement of Quality Objective Department
• Carry out, supervise and ensure that K3 Regulations are implemented correctly.
Activities
• Ensuring the smooth running of all pipe material supplies to and from the process running properly and correctly in accordance with the order / request.
• Coordinate with Dept., HT and EF Order & Material Control to discuss the implementation of work both in the process and for the finish good pipeline to be checked offline inspection.
• Ensure that all equipment (Forklifts, John Deere and Loaders) can operate properly and coordinate with Maintenance to schedule maintenance for all heavy equipment.
• Investigate every occurrence of violations by the operator which results in damage to buildings or pipes (reject / NCR) in the pipes in the yard and must impose warning actions if there are elements of negligence and inequality. – Attending daily OE, FST and SMT or other program which supports company policy – Preparing periodic report on yard activities.
• Optimalization rack storage in daily basis
• Ensure all pipes is stored following the procedure ( limit, position, category, etc.)
• Monitor the daily activity of operators
• Prepare Supervisor weekly report ( check sheet)
• Ensure segregation working smooth to prevent production supply issue.
• Ensure packaging material on time to prevent shipment delay
• Monitoring and ensure Yard project execution on time.
• Ensure Man power planning at yard align with production loading
• Coordinate with Direct material Control Supervisor for inventory and movement pipe
• Ensure pipe movement is record in the system accordingly
• Ensure all operators, and team leader follow the HSE rule.
Authority & Accountability
• Coordinate subordinates to prepare work that must be completed immediately.
• Follow Up Purchasing to inquire and bring in items that are needed immediately.
Report to

Computer and Language Skills
• English (Active)
• Indonesia (Active)
• Office Suite (Microsoft Office, Open Office)
Education Major and Experience
• Preferred S1 Engineering
• Min. 2 years as a Supervisor
• Understand technical specifications
• Understand 5CT, 5B, 5L API specifications
• Understand about Logistics / Warehouse
• Microsoft Office Suite (MS. Word, MS. Excel, PPT)
