Key Responsibilities
• To provide administrative support and coordinate sales information between customers and Hempel staff, so as to facilitate the sales process.
• To administer & ensure that the internal procedures are in-line with the warehouse’s policy with optimum efficiency
• Ensure delivery pick list prepared based on FIFO principle.
• Ensure inventory movements are timely and accurately updated in operating system.
• Lead the monthly cycle count and annually stock count and compile summary report for Management review and approval
• Manage rework inventory in & out from WH and support logistic arrangement of rework
• Maintenance of delivery performance report and perform prompt troubleshooting to improve operational performance towards excellence
• Participating actively in improvement & cost savings projects
• Support supply team to ensure high level of inventory accuracy are maintained
• Adhere to HSE procedures at all time and that operations are carried out in a safe manner
• Ensuring personal protective equipment are available and of their proper use
• Ensuring maintenance of good housekeeping on production floor
• Ensuring good personal hygiene practises are observed in workplace
• 14.To follow any other instructions given by superior from time to time
Key Tasks
• To ensure tasks for the receiving, warehousing, picking and shipment of FG timely and accurately to meet production schedules
• Drive KPI, 5S, Quality, Safety & Discipline
• Work as a team closely with Planning, QC, Maintenance, Prod & HSE team
• To initiate & support improvement action implementation and execution via structured methodology such as LEAN or KAIZEN
• Focus & follow-up closely on urgent item production to ensure its delivery schedule are met
• Maintain stock accuracy and support stock count half yearly & cycle count monthly
• Ensure good resources utilization
• Maintain high standard of Safety & 5S
Required Education, Experience And Job-related Skills
• Min Diploma, advantage to degree holder, but SPM holder with relevant experience can be considered
• 3 years working experience in a supply chain.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good English writes & read.
• Good computer skills especially in Microsoft application, specially AX Dynamics and MS Office applications.
