What You’ll Do
As a Learning & Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies and programs, designing learning courses, workshops, and other trainings. Your role will also involve assessing the success of development plans and helping employees make the most of learning opportunities. Collaborating with managers to develop their team members through career pathing will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will track budgets, do the executions, and create the report of the training activities.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate for this Learning & Development Manager position brings at least 2 years of experience as a Trainer Manager or L&D Manager. You possess good communication skills which enable you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. Your understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) allows you to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skillsets, enabling you to design effective training programmes. High initiative is crucial in this role as it involves taking charge of various responsibilities including budget tracking, contract negotiation, hiring, and overseeing training specialists. Your willingness to be placed in Batubulan, Gianyar, Bali is essential.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer Manager or L&D Manager
