Responsibilities:
• Design and develop training programs tailored to specific needs.
• Create comprehensive training materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
• Implement training initiatives to enhance employees’ soft skills.
• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training and development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with instructional design and training program development.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the FMCG industry.
