Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bekasi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and compliance. The role also involves ensuring smooth communication between management and employees, implementing HR strategies, and fostering a positive work culture.

Job responsibilities:

1. Establish a compliant, reasonable and competitive human resources system;
2. Responsible for the implementation and promotion of HR policies, systems and key projects within the business, providing comprehensive HR solutions and related support;
3. Communicate with the government and during construction and registration stage, such as the processing of industrial and commercial qualification, residence permit, academic qualification, file transfer, business visa processing, etc.;
4. Responsible for administration management such as 5S and safety management;

Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or above;
• 5 years and above human resources work experience, familiar with local labor policies and regulations, manufacturing human resources work experience is preferred;
• Have strong cross-departmental and cross-cultural communication and coordination ability, good professional influence, interpersonal understanding and high-level communication and promotion ability.
• Extensive knowledge of human resources principles and practices
• Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Sound understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidential information
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience with HRIS and other HR software
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages, manadarin speaker is a plus
