Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering management or equivalent
• Min. 5 years working experience in relevant field with at least three years in managing role in HSE department.
• Registered workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with the ministry of manpower (MOM preferred
• Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) preferred.
• Maintain and update HSE manuals in compliance with company, ISO 14001 (environmental), ISO 45001(Health &Safety), and others applicable standards.
• Promote, facilitate and manage HSE performance, initiative, including employee observation/suggestion scheme and Workplace Health Programmed
• Develop, coordinate and conduct HSE training classes and education program as needed.
• Maintain records training database.
• Schedule and coordinate HSE related external training.
• Schedule and ensure timely completion of HSE audits and inspections.
• Support and/or conduct internal/external HSE audits.
• Provide HSE support to supplier/contractors.
• Coordinate and execute security related program and improvement plan.
• Be the technical expert on HSE issues by providing input to the management
