Job Desc
1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with organizational goals
2. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
3. Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the organization
4. Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and facilitate career development
5. Handle Employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
6. Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance (BPJS Kesehatan, BPJSTK), and retirement plans
7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulation
8. Oversee the management of company assets, including equipment, vehicles, and supplies
Qualification
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
2. Proven experience (5+ years) in human resources management in startup company or family business
3. Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts effectively
5. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in supervising and developing a team of HR and administrative professionals.
6. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
7. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications
8. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive HR and employee-related information
