Job Description
• Monitor the recruitment process based on the company’s needs.
• Ensuring that salary for new employees is within the company’s salary budget and range.
• Give accurate and timely about recruitment need in every department
• Collaborate with management and head department to devise efficient defense strategies.
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority, etc.), creating relations of trust.
• Ensure absence, annual leave and payroll process compliance with the regulations from the government.
• Ensure employee master data are updated and also all contract update.
• Ensure employee data for health insurance, BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan are updated.
• Ensuring all foreign workers data is valid and up to date.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Having all psikotest tools and can used that tools for selection
• Required Skill(s): Psikotest Tools, Change Management, Microsoft Office
• Preferably Supervisor specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
• In depth knowledge of HR Business Process & Implementation.
• Strong leadership skills, Ability to Manage Team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• English Language Proficiency
• Ability to provide feedback effectively.
• Critical thinker and a good analytical thinker.
