Since we were founded in 2021, we have quickly grown to 5 locations across two continents and close to 100 team members of different nationalities.
We’re continuing to grow at a fast pace. We’ll be opening 2 new locations and have ambitious goals to empower people to have more fulfilling lives by designing a lifestyle enabling balance, growth, and deeper connections with ourselves, our families, nature, and the world.
The Role
We are currently seeking an Operations Intern for a minimum commitment of 6 months, though a 1-year internship is ideal. This role has the potential to transition into a full-time position within the organization. The role is full time.
Our internship program at Boundless Life is designed to give aspiring professionals hands-on experience across multiple operational areas within our organization. As an Operations Intern, you will contribute to various aspects of our business— guest check-ins, customer support, event coordination, housekeeping, guest experience..etc based on the needs of the team.
This internship is an opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and gain exposure to the core functions of a hospitality-driven business. You will receive training, offering a well-rounded introduction to operations in the lifestyle and experience economy.
About you
• Minimum 6-month internship commitment (longer stays of up to 1 year are preferred).
• Adaptable and able to handle last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language are required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• You will be asked to complete a psychometric survey (DISC) as part of the process.
• Enthusiastic, with a positive “can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Previous experience in operations within hospitality, tourism, or customer service is a big plus.
