Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a High School Teacher for Math, Sciences, and English at Efata Christian School located in Batam. Responsibilities include supporting a conducive class environment, supervising students in doing personalised International Curriculum, suporting coordinator to create lesson plans for Kurikulum Nasional, conducting lectures and discussions, grading assignments and exams, and providing guidance and support to students. The High School Teacher will also collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum and overall student success.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a relevant field
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Education Field
• Excellent knowledge in the subject area, including current curriculum and teaching methods
• Demonstrated experience in teaching at the high school level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to support engaging and interactive lesson plans, and provide constructive feedback to students
• Experience with innovative teaching methodologies, technology, and adaptive learning programs is a plus.
• Domicile in Batam or Kepulauan Riau
