Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the effective and efficient management of travel arrangements for employees and visitors, such as flight ticket issuance, ferry bookings, hotel reservations, cash advances, etc. Ensure the effective and efficient management of transportation, reception tasks, visitors, meeting rooms, etc.
• Guarantee the smooth and effective management of transportation, reception responsibilities, visitor coordination, and the utilization of meeting spaces.
• Secure the adept management of security measures and establish positive community relationships with external entities.
• Prepare and ensure the readiness of all necessary expatriate formalities to meet the demands of the business.
• Maintain a well-stocked inventory of office stationery, facilities, water, food supplies, and more.
• Demonstrate effective leadership in overseeing and guiding a team composed of General Affairs (GA) personnel
• Perform the standard maintenance of company buildings, areas, and facilities, including offices, pantry, parking lots, Yard 1 and Yard 2, garden, canteen, prayer room, security post, and toilets, among others.
• Verify that the design and layout of company areas and amenities align with the expectations and benchmarks set by management.
• Integrate diverse approaches into the design process, encompassing aesthetics, creativity, health and safety considerations, environmental sustainability, social responsibility, gender inclusivity, and more.
• Ensure excellent services from vendors through effective partnerships.

Qualifications
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in General Affairs and Facility Management.
• Leadership capability with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role (structural or functional).
• Possess a strategic mindset and the ability to propose new ideas for process improvements.
• Fluent in business English communication, both written and spoken
