We are looking to hire a qualified daycare center director/head to manage our day-to-day operations and establish and sustain a positive learning environment for children.
Ideal candidates should love children, but also have a few years of working experience in a corporate environment and/or customer service related roles

Responsibilities:
Children first
• Teach children in a safe and positive environment, using lesson plan and curriculum provided by HQ team
• Ensure a safe, happy, and stimulating environment for children.
• Ensure that center facilities are safe for children. That includes checking that safety equipment is available and working, removing hazards and ensuring the facility is always clean and orderly.
• Monitor children’s progress and report any issues.
Center management
• Interview, hire, and train new staff members, ensuring they meet all policies and legal requirements.
• Complete ongoing training and courses to remain up to date on daycare standards and procedures.
• Implement and ensure compliance of all daycare SOPs as set by the HQ team
• Evaluate and purchase materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Manage and oversee the budget and accounts and ensure that the center remains profitable.
Parents satisfaction
• Regularly inform parents and caregivers about their children’s development and progress, including discussing ways to address any learning or behavioral issues. This is a combination of both remote update (e.g. via chat app) and face-to-face meetings
• Communicate and meet with parents regarding their children and the center’s policies.
Requirements:
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Genuine passion dealing with children on a day-to-day basis.
• Early childhood education experience preferred (alternatively, experience with raising your own children is also a big plus)
• Past experience working in a corporate environment OR customer service-related roles is a big plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good command of tech and data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Spreadsheets.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic at all times.
