Role & Responsibilities:

• Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)

• Clarify customer requirements

• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns

• Maintain a deep understanding of our standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure highest and most accurate form of support

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary or any equivalent

• Experience in customer service skills

• Required languages: Basic English (C Grade) and Chinese (Mandarin)

• Able to speak, read & write in Mandarin (ability in dealing with Mandarin speaking clients)

• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply


• 14 days Annual Leave per Annum (6 months of working aboard entitlement of 7 days Annual Leave 12 months of working aboard entitlement of 14 days + 1 extra day Annual Leave) with subsidies of Return Flight Tickets.

•12 days Sick Leave per Annum with Medical Certificate (MC) submission.• 90 days Tourist Visa Entry

• 6 working days per week , UAE – 8am – 8pm (12 hours of work daily routine; 2 hours break in between) GMT + 4
