Role & Responsibilities:
• Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)
• Clarify customer requirements
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns
• Maintain a deep understanding of our standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure highest and most accurate form of support
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Secondary or any equivalent
• Experience in customer service skills
• Required languages: Basic English (C Grade) and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Able to speak, read & write in Mandarin (ability in dealing with Mandarin speaking clients)
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply

Schedule:
• 6 working days per week , UAE – 8am – 8pm (12 hours of work daily routine; 2 hours break in between) GMT + 4
(Meals provided before/during/after work)
