Job Description
• Working on office & facility related project, capacity and space planning, and implementation of new processes
• Taking care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, security operation building and cleaning
• Oversee corporate IT support processes to improve service quality and reduce issues.
• Managing corporate procurement processes
• Managing and overseeing contractual agreements with third-party providers (facility management, procurements, stationery, furniture, insurances, etc.) and keep all updated policies related to General Affairs
• Managing Health, Safety & Environmental aspect of corporate office & building (i.e. fulfillment governance registration updated)
• Monitor and manage relevant budget and cost implementation
Requirements
• Has 6+ years of experience working in facilities with a focus on hospitality, corporate services, or equivalent workplace management.
• Strong knowledge in Environmental Health and Safety, building management, Vendor & Asset Management, and administration processes in GA & IT Support
• Experience in working with cross-functional and executive stakeholders
• Experience affecting strategic change and initiatives when needed
• Advanced leadership skills, with ability to influence at all levels and act with integrity in all business transactions
