Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role as a Client Care Consultant at WeCare Alliance. As a Client Care Consultant, your day-to-day tasks will include providing personalized assistance to clients, helping them find suitable healthcare providers and schedule appointments. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and connecting them with our network of partners. While the role is mainly located in Johor Bahru, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
• Interpersonal Skills: ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Analytical Skills: ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate healthcare solutions
• Communication: strong verbal and written communication skills
• Client Relations: experience in managing client relationships and providing excellent customer service
• Customer Service: ability to provide personalized and attentive service to clients
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include:
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and healthcare systems
• Experience in healthcare consulting or a related field
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia/ Malaysia
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
