The Butler provides bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs during pre-arrival, check-in, throughout the stay and upon departure, in partnership with other departments in the villas operation. Butler will be able to provide personalized service to guests in a prompt, friendly and professional manner and maintain a positive image through all areas of guest contact.

Job Description
• To constantly monitor guest service level, ensuring a maximum guest satisfaction.
• Review arrival list to welcome the guest.
• Greats guest upon arrival with warm welcome and personalize service.
• Offer attentive assistance and accompany guests during the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a seamless experience, and providing support with luggage handling.
• Verifies guest room status is communicated to the Front Desk in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure that areas of Villa are cleaned & maintained to the highest standard.
• Provide breakfast for the guest.
• Gather, summarize, and provide information to the guest about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and villas activities
• Recording guest history: F&B like/ dislike, preference in the room, etc.
• Inspects guest rooms on a daily basis.
• Handling guest complaint.
• Improve skills and continue training for personal or team development as well as better service to guests.

Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality
• Minimum of 1 years relevant experience within 5* star hotels/luxury villa brands in the same role is advantageous.
• Butler knowledge is a must
• Knowledge of local regulations related to Hotel Operation is a must
