Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Sales Manager at Holiday Inn Resort Batam. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales operations, including generating leads, managing accounts, and promoting resort packages and services to guests. This role will involve working closely with the sales team and other departments to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
Qualifications
• Experienced as Assistant Sales Manager min. 1 year or 4 years as a Sales in International Chain Hotel
• Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Organization and time management skills
• Knowledge of hospitality industry and resort sales
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
