About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with a deep understanding of maximizing productivity efficiency and strategic route map planning. As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our sales division, optimizing productivity through efficient route planning for the sales team, and actively gathering and validating customer feedback.

What You Will Do:
• Sales Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve regional sales objectives, market share, and revenue goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to exceed sales targets. Provide guidance and coaching to enhance their performance.
• Sales Fundamentals: Emphasize productivity optimization and strategic territory planning to streamline operations and enhance sales efficiency.
• Customer Feedback: Actively gather and validate feedback from the regional sales teams and customers, identifying areas for improvement in products, services, and sales processes.
• Market Analysis: Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Training and Development: Implement training programs to continually improve the regional sales team’s product knowledge and selling skills.

What We Are Looking For:
• Min. 3-5 years of experience required in Sales with experience in Supervisory and Area Manager level, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven sales experience and knowledge, including familiarity with current trends in sales methods and customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of an organization.
• Notable interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor and ability to provide both positive and negative feedback effectively.
• Willingness to travel regularly to attend and host meetings and assist with general management duties
