Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Specialist at PT Bumitech Batam Prima. The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for daily administrative tasks including communication, employment relation, overseeing the payroll processes and providing administrative assistance to various departments. The role will also involve finance-related responsibilities.

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in administrative assistance and customer service.
• Basic Knowledge of finance principles
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
